About Faith Mather, MS, RDN, CNSC

Clinical nutrition expertise, made practical.

Faith Mather is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician with more than eight years of clinical experience across a variety of healthcare settings.

She has practiced at multiple Level I trauma centers, providing nutrition care for patients with complex medical conditions and specialized nutrition needs. Her clinical experience includes cardiometabolic disease, oncology, nutrition support, and other medically complex populations.

Faith's work focuses on translating evidence-based nutrition science into practical, individualized care that fits into real life.

Faith's approach is grounded in clinical expertise, collaboration with the healthcare team, and a belief that nutrition care should be personalized, practical, and connected to the bigger picture of your health.

A clinical approach to nutrition care

Nutrition advice can be overwhelming—especially when you're managing a medical condition, navigating medications, or receiving conflicting information online.

Faith focuses on helping patients understand why nutrition recommendations matter, how they fit into their medical care, and how to turn them into sustainable changes.

Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all diet, each plan considers your medical history, medications, nutritional needs, preferences, lifestyle, and goals.

My Approach

Nutrition care should feel personal, practical, and grounded in evidence—not like another set of rules to follow.

Faith takes the time to understand the full picture, including your medical history, medications, nutritional needs, preferences, routines, and goals. Together, you'll develop realistic strategies that support your health and fit into your life.

The goal isn't perfection. It's helping you feel confident making nutrition decisions that support your health over the long term.
